No. Auto with hold when it's OK - I do use the Luminosity Meter. I wish they had a Zebra Option.

They do! its called show highlights or something like that.... But great use of AE lock. Looks real good. Thanks for sharing

I think if you apply the warp stabilization (Premiere) in some scenes will leave more stabilized video.
