Same problem, yet I am in Hong Kong and I ONLY speak ENGLISH, what the hell is going on??? Nothing that has been suggested by DJI actually works. The DJI.com keeps ADDING the HK to the website and therefore it's a CANTONESE website, absolutely NO use for an ENGLISH speaker. What's more frustrating is that, the website WAS ok, until no doubt some NUMPTY at DJI changed some settings!!!
