I'd love for an Apple Watch adaptation for the DJI Go App for simple data such as altitude and maybe a "go home" button.

Where would be the best place to get in touch with DJI about this feature request?

it would be a cool feature, unfortunately there's no way the watch would have enough processing power to run the app and probably not even on a limited basis either for only a few features.
