Hi, I just received the handheld osmo and I was planning to use it with my inspire 1 X3 camera, but I seem to be unable to get it to work.
First I updated my X3 with the latest inspire 1 firmware v01.06.00.40, then I mounted my camera on the handheld and activated the power button, all I hear is the fan, I don't even have a green light. am I supposed to download the latest osmo firmware into the sd card or what? please help, I am kind of lost here. thanks!

HI, Have you connected to a mobile device? Is there any reminder in the DJI GO App? Since it's the first time to use the handle, you'll need to activate it in the DJI GO App by following the hop-on instruction.
