Had issues with a SD card I bought, posted here and received bad info from people trying to help. I'm a 32 year federally licensed aircraft avionics mechanic. So I set out to find fact and answers. Here's the short answer. SD cards 64gb in size to work reliably need to have write speeds at least as fast as the Sandisk extreme series. Those that have ultra series that work, you got lucky. The tolerance spec allow some to work others do not. So the DJI spec on cards does not go far enough. Write speed needs to be added. The Ultra series that does meet the DJI specs will not at larger card sizes write 4K video fast enough. |
