Absolutely the worst, I should have read more before ordering replacement parts from DJI.  We are now on day three and they can't get two items packaged and sent out.

They won't respond properly to emails, in short DJI service SUCKS

Not bad, for 10 bucks Dji can get parts to you in just over a week, never will I purchase from DJI, Multicopter Warehouse will get all my business.  It was a pain to get the copter from the warehouse but not as bad as this ordeal and ripoff.
