Hello, what will happen to phantom 3 Advanced if:
1. If my cell phone will turn off(hang) or just simply accidently plug out the usb cable from RC?
2. Dji Go app crashes (turn off) ?

The Phantom will still continue to be completely functional with the controller. You just won't have a live video stream or your data displayed. In most cases you will be able to reboot your phone or plug the cable back in and regain your video stream and data.

Yep as long as your RC has a green light it is still communicating with the P3.  And the RTH button on the controller should work if you can't get the app working again.  I would unplug the cable, completely exit the app (don't just hit Home, END the app), then plug the cable back in.
