Hi everyone!

When I synchronize my flights now the three counter in the DJI Go app (Total flights, Total distance and Total flight time) don't want to update, this is very strange because I can count by myself 30 flights but the app say 29. I use an iPad mini 2 flor flight and when is offline, after I finished to fly it show one more but when I synchronize them the counter come back to 22. I also tried to download the app on other mobile devices but the same, it count 22 instead of the numbers of record that now are 30

Hi everyone!

I'm again me, I solved this problem and now I'd like to share with the community.
Before delete all flight data I made a backup on my PC (I've an iPad so for do this I used iTunes) than I press the button for synchronize (cloud icon at right corner) the record but I chose the option "Clear Flights Records" and the counters goes to zero, than I but back my flights record (again with iTunes) and now counters display again negative numbers but once I synchronised them all work good.

I hope that this tread will be useful for someone.

If you delete all the records and then try to synchronize, the data on the server will be deleted too.

Yes, but I made a backup on my PC before delete them and than I put again them back to devices and synchronize again

I've forwarded this problem to the R&D department, they've confirmed that this issue should be fixed in the next update.

I have a similar problem, my DJI go App, shows a low distance and time of flight, but the flight record shows more than 30 flight's.

What can I do to recalculate the flight record totals?

Hi, I also have the same problem. Thinking since 3 weeks or so. Its only sinchro at the flight records but not on the medals.

I wonder if it is possible to do this with an iPad and a Mac (vs a PC).  Anyone have thoughts or recommendations about how to attempt this?  I know that you can have the flight records pulled from the iPad to iTunes on the Mac.  The question is, how to get them from the Mac back to the iPad's "flight records".  And once on the iPad, why would the server treat these any differently from the records that is has been discarding?

Hi! I used a Mac. Look also my answer here http://forum.dji.com/thread-43519-1-1.html

To put them back you need to do the same thing for exporting just overwrite the folder "FlightRecords"
