I am using a Samsung Galaxy 6 with the app. When I first launch the app, i see an image on the phone. Then it freezes, goes to black and white and then all black.  The icons and histogram remain on the screen but no camera image. Any advice?

What you have described is exactly what many people have reported on non-approved mobile devices since DJI Go version 2.5.0 but DJI refuse to believe it is the app that has the problem.

I too have the same issue on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 ... but did not have it when the P3A arrived and before app and firmware updates.
My one month old P3A is grounded until I can get it resolved
