That number indicates the total battery life span. At 38% that is very low for a pack that only has 21 Times Charged on it. Unless you do not let it go below 50% before you charge. If you do not go below 50% before you charge the counter will not register it as a charge. How old is that pack? If you have only flown it 21 times something is wrong.

This was my first battery and yes, I did not let it go below 50% before charging (before I learned how to condition my batteries. This one is 1 of 5 so I'll probably just retire it. Thanks.
Did you condition this one? Drop it to 5% then charge back up?
Cell voltages are pretty close and if cycled they might be better.
I would expect it to have more life yet

Dave that's a good point but can you clarify the process?
If the battery is used to say 60% left then charged and this is repeated say ... 20 times.
What would charged number be?
zero? 8 ?
I thought it accumulated percentage of charge as in example above 40% charge 20 times = 8

If that is all you did the number would be zero. The times charged counter will not register a number unless you are charging from somewhere below 50%.
