I have a Matrice 100 with the Guidance system on it. When I fly it close to the obstacle, it stops about 4 meters away from it, and if I force it continue in that direction, it stops 1.6 meters away.
Is it possible to reduce this distance to 0.5 meters?
You can now upgrade to guidance 1.4 however you cant calibrate the guidance system with the desktop app in windows 10. It continually fails calibration. @ DJI Amy can you please advise if this is a known bug.
It started working today - I started Guidance 1.3, plugged in the Matrice 100 Guidance, and for the first time firmware 1.4 was available. 2 days ago it wasn't.
New Guidance firmware seems to be working well - thanks DJI Amy!
What computer did you use to calibrate? Please understand the PC screen should not be very small, it would be better if you use a big screen to do the calibration.
I did both. I used a surface pro 4 which did not work and a 27 inch monitor connected to a laptop. Neither worked but when I used the 15 inch laptop screen it worked.
I am having a similar problem with the software V1.3 trying to calibrate it does all the sensors except the right hand one it fails every time. If I use version 1.2 all sensors calibrate? I wonder if anybody else has found this to be a problem?
Software version 1.3 won't work
Software version 1.2 works fine
Same thing here
On W10, Guidance v1.3 not working for the calibration: there is no template circle to track. only lue/yellow screen. With Guidance v1.2, it is working, but without the latest improvement
Not sure it is correct at the end.
As I was not alone with my problem I decide to investigate and I FIND THE BUG SOFTWARE. (not a surpise from DJI as they provide a poor quality software policy.
Everything is working well if you have only 1 screen connected to your graphic. Disconnect every extended screen from your computer except the initial default one, then it works.
