So i got an email a little while ago about DJI saying my ticket has been closed.  I had a bad battery ive sent in a few days ago.  Why would they tell me the ticket is closed if they havnt receieved the battery and I have not gotten the replacement?

I would almost just email them first but.... Honestly at this point i think it will just confuse them

Maybe your faulty battery pack has already been replaced, & on its way back?

A simple phone call or a polite email from you, should confirm this for sure.
