Obviously no COA because those flights probably couldn't even be done under the exemption even if it was daytime.
Still, looked like a really fun party and I wish I could have gone

Thanks Ken. At age 63 the only thing obvious  to me is that nothing is obvious. I was hoping someone found the "magic words" to use in the incantation to the Great and Powerful OZ (aka FAA) and would share them.
