I just received mt Advanced today and would like to know if its possible to use the standard battery with the advanced and vis versa.  The drones will be used mainly for mapping and percision ag.

The same battery fits all the Phantom 3 range.

Just slap in and fly.
All the P3 batteries are the same. Just make to to calibrate after 20 charges.
Also, I only use 50% for the first 10 cycles. I have 55 charges on one of my batteries and still have 98% life left.

it was a previously used Advanced so I think the battery was conditioned,  i just flew the Advanced with the standard battery and it did well.  Thank you for your assistance

either way, it doesn't hurt to calibrate it again even if it was done.Conditioning them really deos help in my opinion.

Ken is there anyway to provide you with the serial and see how long the warranty is left etc. when it was made?  Guy said it was a gift at Christmas

You would have to get the proof of purchase from him.
The serial number would I think would only help it that battery had been sent in for repair.

I also swap batteries between a P3S and P3P without any problems at all.
