I have 35 hours and 223 total flights displayed in the DJI Go app "Flight Record".  The problem is all new flight records are being discarded when I sync flight records.  While flying they are recorded, and the most recent ones seem to remain at the top of my flight record screen, but the "total flight time", "total distance", and "total flights" drop back down to 35 hours and 223 total flights everytime I attempt to sync flight records.  Is anyone else encountering the same problem?

The storage on your device isn't full is it?  I was using my kids Ipad mini 2 16gb and noticed the previews of photo/videos stopped saving in the library.  Ended up being out of room on the Ipad, did not check flight records though.  Just a thought.

Thanks Ryan.  Had the app on my iPad2 and my phone.  iPad only had .5Gb but phone had over 2Gb and I had it set to auto cleanup video cache (larger than 2Gb).  Just cleared video cache and turned off the auto cleanup.  Heading out for test now.  I'll post results.

Ah, Part of your problem could be that the ipad 2 (with the 30 pin dock connector) is not a supported device (unless you are referring to the ipad air 2)   It doesn't have the processing power to properly drive the DJIGO app.'
I believe of the Big Ipads the Ipad Air 2 is oldest to be supported and out of the mini's the oldest would be Ipad mini 2

Okay, you should be good then!   I have had some weird issues with the video caching also,  and it was on the same ipad mini 2 that was also low on space.   This leads me to believe you are on the right track,  let us know how your test goes!

Flight records still being discarded.  Going to try uninstalling the app on both the iPhone and the iPad Mini 2 to see if that corrects the situation.  <-- frustrated!

Hmm yea not a bad thought to try to redownload the app.   Another dumb question, are you sure your wi-fi has a good connection while you are trying to sync?

You are doing everything correctly, I would think it may be a server issue.
I will send an email letting them know.
So try in a few days and hopefully all your flights are there.

Hi! I had also this kind of problem and I solved it, however DJI support team said that they will fix this issue in the next update.

I believe it's iOS related also. I use iPad Air 2, iPad Mini4, and a Samsung Note4. The Android and iOS devices behave differently:

The iOS GO App has a "filter" that eliminates lower value flights from the "Total Flight" calculation. But if you actually view one of your flight, up at the top it reads # of <total number> where the total number is CORRECT.

The Note4 doesn't exhibit this "filtering".

Also, the GO App released in December -> 2.4.2, 2.4.3, or 2.5.1 also broke the medal calculation on the server. It no longer updates the medal summary on the server side....

Terry, tx for the info re: iOS Go eliminating the lower flight values.  Quick ?  I assume that you mean that short duration flights are the ones discarded.  Correct?  And do you know what the threshold value is?  Or how long must a flight be before the app does not discard it?

Sorry! This wasn't accurate as stated.

Ken is absolutely correct that our flights are uploading.

It is the summary totals that are not accurate in the iOS GO App. I said "filtering" but it's more likely just a addition error or coding error introduced subsequent to the Dec timeframe GO App releases. My summary differs by 16 flights, 45002 feet and 74 minutes between the Android summary and the iOS summary. So it's clearly not the lower value flights as I stated and there's no easy way for me to tell which exact flights, if any, may not be included in the summary....

The good thing is that Ken and others have stated that it will be corrected in the next release

I just tried to synch a flight that I made over the weekend and it was discarded as well.  !@#$  Oh well, I'm going to do a brief test flight now and try to sync again to see what happens  I'll report in

Just flew again and the problem persists.  The total flights, flight time and distance flown revert back to the old numbers. But the new flights seem to be available in my flight record in the app.  Still confused.

I don't know what would make it not work on your device and work on just about everyone else's.
But again, it will be repaired in the next update.

Level up not working.
Problem whith sync flight record was fixed, but level up not working.

My level is 17, but they must be ~19-20 minimum
