I am the proud new owner of the dji p1, 2nd hand.

There is only a little problem. the drone says the batteries are empty after 5 minutes of flying.
But when I recharge them the batteries are recharged after half an hour, with again  less than five minutes fly time.
Is there a way to solve this problem?

Your charger may not be fully charging the battery.

Alternatively, your battery is a bit old and has lost capacity.   In that case buy a new battery

But just so you know, I generally get 6:30 out of a healthy, OEM P1 battery.

How old are the batteries and were they stored at 50%?
