I am extremely dissapointed as I purchased an Inspire 1 v2.0 on Ferbuary 19 and payment was confirmed February 22. I was hoping to recieve my new Inspire
bye the end of the week and here it is February 26 and I have not even got a shipping confirmation! every attempt to get answers returns that the order has been passed to the warehouse but Dji has no further information about why it has not shipped! I am very frustrated with this first time interaction with Dji and I feel as though they have no
regard for my issue when I try to get answers. I heard from associates that customer service could be an issue but I did not let that deter me from purchasing what I
consider to be a great drone but I am rethinking my choice as I still have no confirmation of delivery for my drone.
You ordered from the DJI website correct?
As far as I know everything in stock ships from the US warehouse to North America if in stock which usually everything is. I do not have any access to the sales information.

No, but you should be able to email Monday and get a response of if and when it shipped and a tracking number. If not, then post a message Monday and I will figure something out to get status.
