When I use the DJI GO app the live view camera is green and pixelated. When I take pictures or record they are green as well.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the app and upload the original pictures in the mobile SD card? Thanks.

If I'm going through a high interference area I'll see garbled green and black for a second but then I either push through or go higher and it usually clears up.

Something that really helped me though was experimenting with antennae placement during flight.  I have gone as much as 8100 feet away with 100 percent perfect signal once I figured out antennae placement

That may be for the interference on the app but the OP also said it's the same on his recorded photos and videos.
Are the two gimbal cables plugged in all the way?
