It just looks like a P3 on droids...
P3 4K?? and now P4?? I can't see the point in either models.
The DJI range should be P3A P3P Inspire and then the top end models. No need to cram in models next to each other like this.
Greed wil be DJIs down fall,. Instead of concentrating on a few models and getting them 100% right, they will spread themselves too thin amongst the dji range, having too many eggs in one basket....

I can see a point in all their models.  Its something for everyone.  Just because YOU cant see it being used, dosent come close to anyone of these models being right up somebody's alley.  I know quite a few people who rather not have lightbridge but 4k is more important... Ive seen lightbridge more important than 4k.

Then having a Phantom 4 that could possible have active collision avoidance and tap to track camera... that is HUGE...

I have seen about 800 Phantom 3's and Inspire 1's sold over the last 7 months... and ONLY 3 were DOA out the box, and 2 additional ones came back within 10 days as defective without accident.  I think thats a pretty dam good ratio.

P3S/P3A/P3 4K/P3P/P4/Inspire range etc.,

Talk about fuggly? I hope this isn't the phantom 4. On the plus side it should have about 6 hour flight time with that big, fat, ugly battery compartment.

I hope they dont pull this beluga whale shite with the inspire 2. From what ive read the collision avoidence only works RTH. Thats pretty pointless because most people never use the RTH function.

Is that huge opening for smaller drones to land in? The should call it the phantom mother ship.

All just speculation, who knows, maybe the marketing department at DJI got it right, send out a few stray and way off newsies and totally surprise them on release day...That is what i would do.

The way DJI has been going lately this monstrosity looks spot on. I wouldnt be suprised if it used wi-fi instead of lightbridge just like they did with that giant step backwards phantom 4k.
