Did a Firmware Upgrade and the following order:  

Copied the firmware file to the SD Card
Powered up the Inspire
Powered up the Remote
Powered up the App
Chose the option to upgrade the firmware.
Took 15 mim and it did make it to 100%
Message:  Firmware complete, restarting

Once restarted, I powered down the inspire; took out the SD card and check the .TXT file.  Mine says (results: cancel)

I deleted the .TXT file and tried to update the firmware again.  Tried the sequence listed above but i'm not given the option to update.  

Try to power up RC, then Inspire and check in the app to see what firmware version is installed. If v1.2.0.14, you are good to go.

I had same thing, called DJI and they said i'm good to go.  Flew afterwards with no issues.  

Same for me, but app said latest version so up it goes.

Where do you see the firmware version?  when I click on the app, I see a version in the lower right corner at start up that is the App Version.

Maybe firmware upgrade gives the message: cancel, because all is up to date.

I contacted DJI about this CANCEL -problem, and they said the upgrade was fine.

I didn't fly jet, because of the bad weather.

I also got the cancel message but it flies fine after the update.

If you can start the motors and the aircraft flies fine, the update is successful.

"Result: cancel " status indicating that firmware on your aircraft is already up-to-date and system has skipped the current update. Power on your aircraft and launch the DJI Pilot App, if there is no message to prompt you to update the firmware, it means your firmware is already up-to-date and no update is required.

Anyone can confirm my Inspire has the correct firmware installed ?

more safe to first start transmitter and after that the inpire.

"cancel" in the txt file means u r already in latest firmware. And if APP doesn't tell u firmware need update, it also means u r already in latest firmware.
