Hi
My dji go app crash every time i want to change the video settings. Im using and IPHONE 5S and an Ipad Mini. I re install the app and also restore the iphone and the ipad. Las week everything works fine!. Anybody is having the same issue? How can you solve it?

Would you be able to export the log files in the mobile phone SD card? It should be in the directory of DJI GO-> LOG. By the way, what is your mobile device type, operating system version and app version?  Any demo videos to indicate your problem would be very helpful. Thanks.

dji go v2.6.0 (2472) and ios 9.2.1 on ipad and iphone!. when i go to menu and want to change the video set up from 1080 60 fps the video menu get stuck and in just a few seconds the app crash

After deleting the app and reinstalling it still does the same thing?
The iPone 5s should work but the iPad mini needs to be a 2 or above.

yes the problem continue and the ipad its the 2. the problem still continue. always when i try to change the video settings crash

That is strange, I've had a bunch of people here try and no one is experiencing it.
Can you borrow another compatible device and test it out?

It has something to do with how your phone and iPad are set up then.
Can you refresh them (power off then on again to clear the RAM)
Also, do you have ALL other apps closed ?

I have the same issue on the P3S when I try to change the video setting when I use my iPad but it's fine with my iPhone 6 both have the same IOS, but my iPad is the first one with the Lightning connector so a bit older then my iPhone 6.

I have tried all of the above powering off shutting all apps, so I Have to use my iPhone to change the setting but fly on the iPad as I like the bigger screen.
Hope this gets sorted soon

Devices are
Apple iPhone 6 works
Apple iPad crashes on video settings
Both on IOS 9.2.1Go app 2.6.0

I'll get the log tomorrow

Hello. New p3p owner. First light yesterday. I have the same problem with app crash when trying to change video settings.

I'm having the same problem on my iPad mini.   Trouble is, it worked fine for several months with no crashes at all.   However, about two days ago, when my brother and I were experimenting with caching maps to better understand how that works, my iPad mini began to have problems with camera settings.  I am able to change ANY camera settings except "video size".  The moment I tap that button, the video from the camera freezes for about 10 or 15 seconds and then it just crashes.  It seems we've tried everything to resolve the issue but it persists.  Again, I've been using the same iPad mini since I bought the P3S about two months or so ago and never had a problem with it.  I'm stymied!

Any news for this issue DJI? please let us know, hope to be soon!!

I've reported this problem to the engineers, they will cope with it. But I am afraid it might be a mobile device compatibility issue.

this seems to be ok now after the 2.7.1 app update

but there now is another issue you cannot get the custom setting in video transmittions!!!
