Just to get the small point out of the way, the Search feature is now accessed by the small icon of a magnifying glass on the top line of the forum.
Follow Me works by knowing where you are at any time, and the only way of knowing that is to know where the RC unit is. To do this, it uses the GPS feature on your phone or tablet, so firstly, your phone or tablet must have a GPS facility. This is usually the case with phones, but some tablets do not have GPS, such as the WiFi only versions of the iPad.
To begin with, the number of satellites displayed on the screen of the Go App is the number being seen by the aircraft, not the phone/tablet. And the GPS in a phone or tablet is not as good a receiver as the one in the aircraft, so you need to keep tour phone/tablet out in the open as much as possible. Putting it inside a car will probably stop it working altogether. If the phone/tablet is not receiving well enough, then you will get the error message 'not enough satellites', and the aircraft will stop following you and hover in the one place.
Other features like Waypoints do not rely on the phone's GPS, so they will work fine.
