1.The ownership rights in the material a user uploaded or submitted pursuant to the Terms of this campaign(“the User’s Content”) are retained by the user.  The user expressly grants a nonexclusive, worldwide license to DJI for using the User’s Content, subject to DJI’s agreement that it will not use the User’s Content outside the scope and purpose of this Service.

  

2. All participants who submitted material for DJI’s evaluation and are later selected by DJI to have a trial use of the Product (“the Participants”) agree to provide DJI with a Trial Use Report by the end of the trial period, which must include videos or photos taken by the Product.  The Participants agree to grant a nonexclusive, worldwide license to DJI for using all contents contained in the Trial Use Report, including but not limited to the videos and photos contained therein.  Any noncompliance with this provision may result in the exclusion of the participant(s) from the entire campaign.
