Probably the same, at most a minute or two less.

Must be a big hit or they wouldn't give the 28mins (without active gps). I say not to expect more then 23-25 mins real world and that's if you completely deplete it and use it in slow mode.

Or it's simply badly written like a lot of DJI documentation.
I'd be surprised if GPS has any measurable effect on flight times at all.

where did you get this info! Actually if there is even a difference in a flight time it's only seconds.. however you are not going to get that time flying in the sport mode
