Hello,
we bought a Matrice M100 with guidance system but WITHOUT any camera or video encoder.
We are unable to connect the drone to the mobile app.
We tried with Android (Samsung S6, S4 and Cubot) and also with iPhone 6s. If we connect the remote controller to the phone notthing happens.
Without mobile app seams impossible to calibrate the drone compass (the drone flashes led red/yellow) and also we are unable to use the SDK.
The SDK returns the error: new device, please link DJIGO to your remote controller and try again.
We succesflully upgrade the drone to last version of firmware
Do we mandatory need to buy the camera to connect the app?

You don't have to buy a gimbal, the app can still connect the aircraft, but the live video will be not available, all the other settings such as compass calibration should works. Please try to reinstall the app, and change different USB cables.

HI will tried with 4 different phones and three cables. When I connect the phone to the remote controller nothing happens. I'm sure that the remote controller is connected to the drone because I can control it.
