I'd like to mount the OSMO to one of the 1.75" roll cage bars on my Polaris RZR.

As I understand it the bike mount only goes to 1.25".

Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this?  I love the idea of the shock absorber part of the bike mount.

I don't think that is a good idea, the Osmo is meant to give stable video with slow movements. If you shake it around in your hand really fast you will see it doesn't not produce good video.
Now stick that in your Polaris and unless you drive on the pavement I don't see you getting stable video.
Your better off with a GoPro and letting your viewers see the video in a FPV to get the sense of off-roading.
