Wow i think i will pass on that - I will stick with my P3 Advance for another year  . I like new features, but toooo expensive!

IMO, thats a good price-point.  It makes it very attractive to those on the fence.    I can't see how you'd think it would have been less considering the Pro is at $999 USD.  If they priced it too close to the Pro, Pro sales would drop and I believe they have every intention of keeping the  3 series alive and well for quite some time (in drone time).

Agree! New pilots will spend the extra money for the improved features. But current owners will need to justify their upgrade. The P4 was initially leaked at $1700 retail but DJI announced the Phantom 4 at $1399 which is a good price for the technology and they are all available via the DJI Store!

Wasn't the price announced on March 1ST  ??

Sorry, Post was meant for the OP, he posted a new Thread a week late as the P4 was announced Feb 29/March 1

$1399 in the US for how long? Is it a limited time, 10th anniversary offer?
If I wait a few months, will the price still be the same?
