Hi I have the ronin and recently bought the wireless thumb controller and followed the steps to sync it up but I cant get any movement out of my gimbal, all the leds are solid green as it said in the manuel. Is there something im not doing right?

Please check if their firmware versions are the latest one and compatible. If they're not, please connect to the Assistant App to upgrade the firmware first.

I am so frustrated with this.
Mine has never worked and I have been trying for a few weeks now.
I am using a Mac but it didn't work out of the box so it has nothing to do with updates or shouldn't do.
Don't DJI test their products before sending them out?
It literally does not turn on. I have tried pressing the back with a paper clip, the on button and then plugging it in but nothing.
Has anyone got any other suggestions?

Are you going to use the thumb controller with Ronin or Ronin-M?
To turn on the thumb controller, you just need to press the power button on top of it for a few seconds.
Please follow the instruction in the user manual to operate it.
