I called them before i left, they said they had them and were selling them, the guy wanted to take my credit card over the phone, i said no i'll be there in a hour.
I get there, they check, and tell me they can't sell them until the 15th.
I told the guy i just called, and drove a hour!!! Nope
I'm So Pissed

At least your RTH worked...

Edit...Would have gone to my car, called them back, placed the order and gone back in...(yes, it took me a second to think of this!)

Correct, they were not to sell until the 15th.
I also called the Apple store by my house after I heard that some stores were selling them and they said to order online and it will be ready to pick up in an hour.
Maybe, they realized that they are not supposed to sell until the 15th.
