So it took 5 days for my P3A to be delivered to DJI at the California location from the east coast. It was delivered 3/11/16. How long does it take for them to log it in saying they received it? Being sent in for camera out of focus on left side issue.

Takes about 4-5 days after u fed ex it in to be RECEIVED .  Supposedly repairs (warranty or not ) turn around time has been 2-3 weeks .  My first rma was right before Christmas . Warrantied and delivered back to me 01/15/2016. So about 25 days total

Thank you. I sent mine in on 5 Mar and it was delivered on 11 Mar to DJI. Just hoping they actually received it. Also hope they get this fixed by May 7th as I have a trip scheduled.

Repair times are 1-2 weeks from when received, so you will have it back soon.

Thank you Ken, I haven't had an issue so far with communications etc. So I hope this is a good sign..

Ken my Roma went from received to quoted to repaired and tested. Is it possible to tell me what was wrong with it?
