Copter Shop in Seattle, WA has them in stock.... Ironically I'm still waiting for mine that was ordered from another dealer...hopefully next week!!!!

Same here.  Ordered from Copter Shop at 12:30, shipped out at 4:30.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my previous order from an in State dealer.  No fault of their own, but their first round has been stuck in customs all week  (U.S.)   And as it turned out, I was in the second round anyway.

I too bought an Inspire 1 from the CopterShop yesterday. I have a UPS tracking number and will be delivered Monday Jan 12th. Subsequently, I canceled my order with DJI and my payment has been refunded.

SkySight, I ordered from CopterShop and got a UPS shipping number four hours later.  It has been scanned that it departed Washington, has arrived in OR., and is on the way to Texas, with a delivery mid-week.   I called to make sure they were in stock and would ship out that day.  I ordered the dual controller, and they will send the second controller separately, once in stock.  It looks like they have some in stock.  Good luck.

In Rockwall, ordered from Copter Shop yesterday, said they will ship it Monday. Still have one on order from UAV-Products, not gonna cancel until I actually have on in my hands.

@wolftj you are close to me. Once I get mine we should meet up. This is my first big boy drone. Are you getting it for business/production stuff or just for fun? I'm getting it for business/production. It would be great to have someone near by with another one in case we get into a position where we have two projects at the same time or something. Maybe we could hire you freelance to work with us. I guess it depends on what your plans are for yours as well. We should make sure to maybe team up a little and not compete since I don't think there will be many in the DFW area.

@SkySight - Got it mostly for fun but like any good capitalist I certainly won't turn down paying work. I am a licensed pilot too so if some of the pesky pending FAA rules actually get passed I might come in handy.

Looks like CopterShop will be shipping a few Inspires to us Texans soon.  I ordered one on Friday and was also told it'll ship Monday.  Got mine mostly for fun but looking to take it out to our ranch where I've been flying the Phantom.  I'm in the Grapevine area if there's ever an Inspire party going down.

We should develop an Inspire DFW group or something. Especially if we end up using it for work thins and say end up with two projects the same day. Then we can call on one of our the other people in our local group to come earn some extra cash and help out or something. Just an idea.

Are any of you DFW guys getting insurance on your drone? If so, who did you use? I think I want to cover it. I don't know if it is covered by my homeowners policy or not.

Just purchased 3 batteries at B&H.  Not sure if still in stock.. I will have Friday.  I am a happy flyer.
