what is your problem exactly? because the only thing that i can see is that you dont have a camera on the rig, plus the stiffness setting is very high so the motors vibrates like crazy, it shuts down to prevent damage from overheating i guess, put a camera on the gimbal, balance it perfectly as it should be, then use the app on a cellphone or the PC assistant using the Dji usb cable (dont use any other usb) and set the stiffnes down below 10, or just autotune the setup

The motor turned off and show " Not Dji Intelligent Battery " in phone application. The software version is up to date .

Please make sure you've plugged in the battery fully and check all the connection with the battery.

Thanks everyone i got it .The reason is my battery. I try to plugged it speicifically  and it's ok .
