Sometimes you have to remove the app completely then reinstall then reboot your device, try rebooting your device first.

Confirming that there are no added NFZ's. Same as in 2.4.3 for me.

The GEO Beta app is it's own beta app and not part of this firmware update.

Is the DJI GO 2.7 making a automatic firmware update?

I will not install this but could anyone test if 32 channels work in auto mode.

1. set your tablet to china/hongkong (unfortunately it will trigger stange symbol language)
2. look if it shows 32 channels
3. just set it to auto and walk behind some walls with the remote until signal lost
4. go back again to the drone it will reconnect
5. look in the logfiles which channels where used.
a) old system used 13-20 only
b) config file enhanced system used channel 1 AND after any disconnect reconnects to 13-20 ONLY
c) if its fully working it should reconnect NOT ONLY to 13-20

have fun testing

Android version has a major bug: camera view displays a 4/3 image only. No 16/9 whatever you choose (16/9 photo and ALL video modes)!

Just for info; I am just back from flying my P3P about 11km in 10-12 knot winds with all the new updates (Go App v 2.7.0 on Android Nexus 9 tablet, aircraft FW version 1.07.60 & RC FW version 1.5.80). As usual I needed to reset most of my settings; otherwise found some menu changes. No issues in flight & video OK, including format off-line. Yes I also found that the camera option was 4:3 format but since I pass all photos through Lightroom, I don't really care about that. After I uploaded the flight log (I use the info on another tablet) I also checked the points & medals issue since others have asked. No change, I'm still at the same point level as the end of December (again, I don't care much about that either). I guess they're doing those medals by hand (cool!).

Deleted..reinstall it..reboot...same resulte..It seems it is not working  for me..samsung s3 4.4.4 android..pitty that the older version now worked fine..just wasted time on that DJI-Ken

Where did you find the reset all settings for the MC?

Wish there was a quick reset to recover all; at each major update I go through all the settings manually. DJI guys should foresee a portable personal parameter file to download after the updates, that would be cool. I usually miss one or two settings, this time it was the image indexing ("reset" should have been "continuous"). Incidentally, once you have updated everything (including all your smart batteries...), and before flying, its important not to forget to do an IMU and a compass calibration.

Finding the new update to have some nice menu options. I like how it opens up now, with extra options to work with. Channels showing  13-20, advanced settings gimbal seem to have extra settings to work with.

Is there somewhere to submit a bug report; its minor but something I noticed upon initial startup is that beginner is spelled wrong on the flight screen.

Is it an issue with dji go app 2.7 update and Android versions 4.4(kitkat)? Because after update the video screen is just black. The previous version did not give any issues...

Bricked my controller.  Forces me to the Phantom 4 device vs the P3P when I connect my controller to the app.

...new version 2.7.1 just released. Wonder if this has fixed the spelling you've highlighted, (info for the update seems the same as 2.7.0 in the Apple App Store).

(P.S. Not from Poland... seems this forum thinks so, though! Where's the setting for that?)

yesterday I updated my DJI Go App to the last version and ... it doesn´t connect to my bird anymore, although it does connect to the RC´s WIFI.
I also tried another mobile with the older version and it worked pristine.
Does anyone know how can I get the older .apk version of DJI Go App?

As I previously said I had no joy yesterday with v2.7.0 on my android device (Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, Android 5.0.2)

Uninstalled  it then picked up the (supposed to be) new one 2.7.1 this morning.  "Supposed to" means that I got it by clicking the link to PlayStore from the official DJI P3 Advanced downloads web page, but when installed this latest version doesn't display it's version number on the "About" screen any more.

This is what I get and call bugs with this latest version (exact same symptoms as yesterday's v2.7.0):

     

   

@DJI-Tim I've seen that also 2.7.1 version is available but the changelog is the same of the 2.7.0 do you know what improvement it have?

There will NEVER be zebras on Android so do not hold your breath for it. This is not because DJI do not want to enable it but simply because of the way the OS handles video it cannot be achieved within the app.

Oh so is 32 channels illegal in some countries if you fly an Inspire but somehow perfectly legal if you happen to own a Phantom 4?

In the new Go app v2.7.0 if you check your White Balance settings, mine shows a sun icon but the words say cloudy, then there's a cloud and the words say sunny.

Hello Just updated to 2.7 on my ipad mini 2 because i recently purchased the P4. I notice when I connect to either the P4 or my P3A the remaining battery time is not showing anywhere? Also there used to be the ability to scribe a line when flying by the map, has that been deleted? It does help when flying an out and back course. Thanks
