It was working fine last night, but this morning everything seems working except I am not getting any video streams from the camera.The gimbal calibrates itself when I start Inspire, firmware is also up-do-date, able to fly manually.

Anyone having same issue??

I tested on iPad, iPhone6 and Nexus5. Same issue there. Can't figure out what is wrong..

Try reseating your camera (remove it and put it back on) make sure the white line matches up and turn the lock all the way.

Yes, i did try taking it out and putting back on. Restart and all that. It's a bit weird that when i tilt the camera by hand, the app reads gimbal is moving(camera tilt indicator). I not getting live stream and other camera information such as ISO, EV and others.

this sounds like a dead sensor or GPU, please contact our service center to have a check.

That happened to me twice.  First time it happened I went into camera settings and found that it had switched from NTSC to PAL.  I switched it back to NTSC and all was good.  Second time it happened I found it switched back into PAL mode, but when I tried to select NTSC, it would automatically go back to PAL selection.  If I remember correctly, I think I simply rebooted the Inspire 1 power and all was good again.

I tried changing the setting between PAL and NTSC, but still no live video feed. It may be really dead sensor. that's bad..

Rbarghini, if you have all other telemetry in the app but no video sounds like a bad camera. Do you have another smart device that you can't try? This would help to narrow it down.

Yikes I had this problem with my Phantom Vision 2 +  I tried everything and not until they updated the app did it start to work.

I just powered it up and didn't have a video signal nor any telemetry. I powered the remote first, Inspire second and then opened the App. The second attempt, I powered the remote first, then opened the App and then turned on the Inspire and got the video feed back w/telemetry.

Thoughts?

I've powered on and off three other times and received a video feed in the App. It seems these instances happen from a cold boot. Now that the machine is at operating temp the issue is gone.

rbarghini, what do you mean "cold boot" and "operating temp"?  You are saying your inspire works fine now?

Cold boot would imply a restart of all systems.
Operating temp would mean that you are trying to operate in proper ambient temperature. like above 40 and below 100. F.

Are you getting the trust message?

I have noticed that on the Ipad, it's always a good idea to completely close the app. (Tap the home button twice and swipe to kill the app.) If not there is a possibility that the next time you power on the TX you wont get the "trust message" .

Definitely not temp related.. I have flown mine in the 20's.

Mathew,

Disregard my misuse of terminology. It was my first time powering it up today. It was that instance I didn't receive the video feed nor any telemtry. I've power cycled the inspire several times now and am able to get a video feed w/telemety. I'm stumped.

Blade, yes, I do receive that message. Quite frequently. I just click the trust button.

I would just make sure the app is fully closed before connecting. See if that eliminates the issue.

i guess it may be the connection issue between the camera and aircraft. There are two crews on the connection interface. Try to loosen it about half round. See whether it can be solved.
