My newest battery is now losing power in flight, giving only 3min of flight time before the low battery alarm starts, the rear lights start flashing red and the battery shows one bar flashing.  Upon landing, the battery will show 2-3 bars.  The Vision Assistant 3.8 shows all cells normal and 93% of life.  I have completely discharged the battery 2 times in a row, but no change.  I do have an older battery that does not have this problem.  Is it the battery, or sensors?

Have you bought direct to DJI?

Sounds weird.  You say your newest battery is "now losing power in flight". Operative word being "now" Did it ever work correctly?
Completely discharging a Lipo is a bad idea, it can damage cells. Did you completely discharge your battery prior to this happening?  

You must calibrate the battery, discharge completly it and load 100 % again. Do it each 20 cycles.
