Today, I tried to purchase DJI Care for my P3P which was activated more than 48 hours ago. I was told that I could not purchase it because I could not send in a verification video. I understand the need for a verification video, but this is not possible because my P3P is at their repair facility in Carson Ca for a non-crash related repair (data recorder errors) under warranty. They can personally inspect it. In fact, this is the second time that I have had to send my P3P in for this exact same problem. I was told that they replaced the logic board the first time, but when it was returned to me it had the exact same problem as when I sent it in!!!! I never even flew it when I got it back.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone from DJI with some common sense would intervene to help resolve this issue.
