Will the new Phantom 4 do virtual cables like the 3DR. Not just way point but camera moves as well. So if I set a point with my gimble set where I want and then I fly to my second point changing my gimble and camera angle and then Phantom will fly it and do the cmaera move as well. Does anyone know?

It will if you use AutoPilot by Autoflight Logic.  They should be updating it for P4 soon...

I know how to use waypoints but have never heard of Dynamic Focus Objects how does that work

Some clarification here;  The P4,  like the P3,  only has limited pan movement.  You have to turn the drone to turn the camera.  The amount of movement the camera gimbal has from side to side is just for stabilization.   If it would pan,  you would end up with nice close up shots of your landing gear.   The tilt function has motion,  not the pan.  That being said,  when using the Litchi waypoint function,  you can specify the direction of the camera for each waypoint

Autopilot by Autoflight Logic fully yaws the Phantom during waypoint flight according to sequenced targets that YOU set when creating the path.  It is simply awesome.
