Is there any way to set CL and HL on physical buttons of my RC? Last time I put my s900 on CL mode via the app, I couldn't get back anymore to GPS mode. The button "Exit this mode" on the app just didn't work. I would fell much more safer having this modes back to buttons, as on LB1. Is that possible?

No at all, I'm getting solid GPS data. I believe It's just an app bug, that's why I would like to get that control on physical buttons rather than a touch screen.
My combo is s900+A2+zenmuse z15gh4-hd+LB2.
I've been using it LB1 without any problem regarding CL and HL modes.
