I opened a ticket with DJI, and got a response with an RMA number. It was canned response with the number, so I imagine it was a matter of logging the email then assiging a number, then click apply.
But I had a follow-up question and has gone unanswered for 2 days.
What respsonse time can I expect from questions that require someone at DJI support to actaully do more than cut & paste?
