Hi, I already upgrading my aircraft (a phantom 3 pro) and my RC, but when I go to "Enter camera view", the app says "No Signal" on the screen.

Which color has the RC status LED? if it is solid cyan (not blue), your remote is dead.. but if it is RED, you have to re-install de update.. Mine is dead.. . if it blinks blue, you have to sync your RC with your aircraft

Please make sure you've upgrade the firmware correctly and linked the RC to the drone successfully after that.

If your RC is dead, you can contact your dealer for help or you can contact support.us@dji.com directly for repair.

Adela, thank for your comment! Today I received a mail from support@dji.com saying that I will have to send my RC to USA. The question is, how long will it take you to solve the problem? I bought the drone to work and it only flew 11 times (2hs). Regards, Luciano

Were you able to get it to update?
If not and you cannot see video, please post the hidden log to see if there's any issues with the video transmission module.
