You may have to wait a while if you have lots of flights on your aircraft as it's a lot of information to download from the aircraft. If you've already waited a while and it's not downloading, then you may want to redo the process or you can try to restart  your computer to see if that works. I will try on mine later on to see if I get the same results.

Trash the Assistant2 from your Mac and download it again.
After downloading, go into the downloads page and click on the DMG file. Then click once the right Applications tab, then right click on the left tab (DJI) and click open.
It will give a "are you sure you want to open" message and click open.
If you double click the Assistant2 tab then it's goes into the security thing and even if you allow it it still won't let you open it.
So follow those instructions and it will work.

Nope. not happinging

I was able to download my P4 flight records to my Mac and it was no problem.It took about 20 minutes then I though it was going to get stuck then it said compressing and that took about 10 minutes and then it completed just fine.
You are on the latest Assistant2 version correct. I have 1.06

it's interesting, when I have the Assistant 2 running and then I plug in the P4, the Assistant nor the Mac Finder recognize the P4. When I close Assistant 2 app and restart the P4, both the Mac Finder both the Mac finder and the Assistant 2 see the P4. However the DJI Flight Assistant 2 still does not respond to the Flight Record.
NOTE:
When I press the flight Record button, I first receive a message: "Entering flight Data may change the device..."

No, I definitely have not crashed the P4. Only the softest of landings and it still looks new...

Yes, I have deleted and re-installed Assistant 2 ( had to use the Terminal back-door fix this time) but the same result...

This is not a huge "Flight Data" issue as the P4 flies and acts as advertised. I couldn't be more happier with it (unless it flew with my Canon D5 Mk 3) and my 7-day warranty is up now...

Just hit confirm.Are you saying that after you hit confirm nothing happens?
After you hit that, you should see all your flight records then you click the boxes of the records you want to download.

Yes, I hit "confirm", then i get the spinning wheel...

Here's thought... On my DJI Go App, when I press the top left corner icon (airplane-like icon), I see two identical accounts. One labeled "Phantom 4" and one labeled with "my email address". Perhaps it created two profiles in the P4 and gets locked up??

How would I delete one of those profiles in the DJI Go app??

I don't think that's the problem, you can sync your flight records (the cloud icon) to the DJI server then delete and reinstall the app.
The full flight records are on the flight data recorder in the aircraft and the app should have nothing to do with that.

...deleted and re-installed the DJI GO app. Synchronized all data, and I still see two profiles...
Not to worry though, everything works and I'm happy with the product. (although the Assistant 2 issue is worrisome)

I'm sorry, it worked totally fine for me on my Mac last night.
When you get a chance, try a PC and if there's still an issue, it could be an aircraft thing.

Anyone else with Sierra OS issues? I can't export flight records...fun stuff...day #1.

Ken, I've had my DJI Mavic Pro for one day and I'm unable to get assistant 2 to function properly. It show no videos in my flight record even though the card is full.

The Assistant2 is not for playing back your videos.
You remove the SD card from the Mavic and put it into your computer and then open the DCIM files and all your photos/videos will be there.

Can't sign into assistant 2. Trashed it and downloaded it 5 times and each time I am unable to put txt into the sign in box. So unable to sign in. Using MacBook Pro.

I too have a Macbook Pro and am not experiencing any login issues.
Can you make up another email and try.

I'm using Sierra 10.12.2 on a 27" iMac and works fine.

So DJI I,m not the only one having problems with their Firmware! I see now your solution is asking people to visit this forum so that your own users can fix your customers problems. I now have access to yet another PC as a guest user, but fear this is not going to help, because most people are instructed and I quote ' On a PC, make sure to run as administrator' is not helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!

I scanned through your tickets and you got everything resolved correct?
Your latest question was about the batteries updating, if a battery needs updating then the app will notify you. But since you have the latest firmware, if additional batteries needed updating it would be done automatically.

This disables a very important security feature on the Mac. This is how you get malware and crap installed.

Hello DJI Ken. I have a mac book air   When I installed the assistant the only driver that asked to be installed was the "horndis " driver to tether an android device. I tried to calibrate the sensors and the start button is greyed out, I was able to do a firmware refresh, are you able to recallabrate the sensors if  the app doesn't prompt you to?

Under Security and Privacy in the system preference there is no longer any choice "anywhere" but instead a button open anyway which I click and a small window appears verifying the app, immediately thereafter the same window appears saying the software is block. I tried a few times and it keeps looping back to the initial screen saying the app is not from Apple.
Please advise a work around.

Yes, you can calibrate the sensors at any time.
Maybe try to delete and reinstall the Assistant2, I have a Macook Air and it works fine on mine.

I have tried multiple times and get the same result every time    The video I wanted on the install says to drag the software file and driver file into the applications folder and I never see the driver folder. It only asks to install the "horNDIS" driver   I'm using el capitain

The app has nothing to do with the Assistant2, calibrating the sensors works just fine for me on my Macbook Pro or my PC.
