I'm on Sierra 10.12.3, can you update?

From what' I read there is a problem wiith sierra and or the app.  I think I will wait till your team gets it fixed

The app has nothing to do with the Assistant2, calibrating the sensors works just fine for me on my Macbook Pro or my PC.

Sorry. Not the go app.  I meant the assistant.    When I open the dmg file for assistant should I see 2 files , the driver and the program itself?     I only see the program itself  no driver     It's strange because the assistant works for everything but the sensor calibration

That's strange that the program is there but not the sensor calibration.
Try deleting then reinstalling.
When I install on my Macbook, I have to go to the security settings and let the program install then right when it says successfully installed another box pops up to the HoRNDIS installer. I do that then everything works fine.

Yup that's exactly what mine does. The assistant installs successfully and then it prompts you to download that  "hoRNDIS" driver     I've removed and redownloaded it prolbly 5-6 times with the same out come   Everything works but the sensor calibration. There's no reason to calibrate the sensors unless the app says it's needed or you experience issues. So I would just leave it as is.
But go ahead and upgrade to Sierra just to see if the option shows up.

Do you have the latest version of Assistant2 and are you on the latest firmware. ?
If you are on firmware 1.3 or lower, use the Assistant2 1.0.5

Assistant 2????

Macbook Pro Sierra 10.12.4.  Installed Assistant 2 with no errors.  Restarted the Mac no icon shows up for Assistant 2.  Deleted the DMG File, downloaded it again, and installed it again, again with no errors.  DJI, Assistant 2, nothing appears in Programs or Desktop.  Anything else i can try???

You don't see the HoRNDIS installer box that I showed in post #83?
After installing the Assistant2, look for this box.

I have a mavic which I downloaded the firmware update. I calibrated compass and now have error messages that front sensors need calibration. I obviously have no untextured surface to calibrate through the app in my entire surroundings. I spent the afternoon with online support. I have the most recent OS (el capitan I believe) I downloaded the dji assistant 2 successfully as well as HoRNDIS driver. Restarted the iMac and can't find app anywhere. Did this several times with same result. Very frustrating afternoon. What could I be doing wrong? I've only flown the mavic 2 times in beginner mode and would love to get it back up and running. Please help.

The app is only on mobile devices, not the computer. The Assistant2 is run from the computer.
You said you installed it correctly and also the HoRNDIS.
Can you use the Finder to search for the Assistant2.

Ok. I've finally successfully downloaded assistant on to iMac. Went through tutorial for calibration. Entered calibration full screen and nothing. . Just a blank white screen. Wth am I supposed to do to calibrate?!

ok. On tutorial 3/3 I'm see red writing stating "frame alignment error" then when click calibrate now. Goes to white screen (no red box) can't figure pic upload from iPad now

After tutorial.
I get a blank white screen but only for a second, then the calibration box pops up. Can you delete and reinstall it.

Ok. Tried again on windows laptop. Didn't recognize again. But found an old version. 1.07? I believe and installed. I thought success! Because it recognizes my mavic ( driver issues for your software people to work on) but alas. I get to calibrate and enter full screen.... only white screen again!!!!! Is it my drone? What could be happening?

Was finally able to calibrate through the app using a white bedsheet. Still only white screen on both computers though for full screen calibration. Would like to do a proper calibration.

Ok. Crashed drone today. (Related to improper sensor calibration?) camera not working. Cables look intact. Wifi hooks up when in assistant. Camera must be bad so I'm sure I have to send in on my dime. My question being, how do I ensure they check out sensors and internal firmware to see if internal problem vs assistant 2 software glitch. Since I downloaded assistant on 2 computers multiple times I feel maybe the issue is internal? Please help Ken

I have a serious problem with my Mavic pro. The problem is the following. When I start flying as soon as I pressed a camera button take a shot whole the screen goes black, I have did land the drone restart my phone Andrea start the controller as well as drone. Why? Why? I have installed the Assistant software on my Mac, and the application runs, but it doesn't do anything. All I have is the opening screen, showing a diagram plugging a USB cable into the computer. Is there any documentation? Can I connect my P4P controller and download images from the memory in the controller? I plug it in, but nothing changes, and there are no buttons or menus to click.

I downloaded assistant 2 for mac. Running Sierra. Download .dmg, open, install, install the horn thingy, restart, search for assistant2 it is nowhere. Twice I've done this. Says successful - but the assistant is nowhere to be found

But I'm just doing my job, as well as all the other forum moderators.

What would be great is a way to register your craft using the assistant, I have been unable to, for about 3 days now and getting really frustrated.
