I have a problem with the DJI phantom 3 advanced. After a month of use without problems, now when I connect the phone to the remote control and the phantom live image is purple and grainy. the phantom is updated to the latest firmware v1.7.0060 and rc 1.5.7. Other people have this problem? What can I do to solve it? Attach image to better understand.

Please make sure that the 8 pin cable that connects the aircraft with the gimbal is connected well, also check if the gimbal flat cable sits tight.
Another thing you can try is:
Press the C1 + C2 + Trigger (photo) buttons and keep them pressed and TURN OFF the controller.
By still keeping pressed the C1 + C2 + Trigger (photo) buttons TURN ON the controller.
