Consumer law can prevent the legal sale of the item in the country.

It does not have to pursue the seller if offshore at all.

If a seller in the country is selling the disputed item - they can be required to remove said item from sale.

Use Litchi app instead of the GO app. Works for me.

Litchi makes no difference for me. The DJI OEM battery shaft is here to stay. In order to keep flying the drone, I had to buy new batteries. The others are $70 paperweights.

Somebody should come up with a piece of software to correct this problem. The two batteries I can no longer use are sitting in the case, one with 11 charging cycles and the other only 4. Not every aftermarket battery has this issue; some people seem to be able to fly with no difficulty.
So here they sit…..

Well they have 11 and four charging cycles you must have been flying with them, so what's changed?
