really thinking about buying the Osmo, especially since its going to be at my local BestBuy in a few days.

But i also feel that with the recent price drop, DJI could announce another version soon.

Do i wait to buy it? is their any news of an Osmo 2.0 or anything? if they do announce another version, what/when is the next big convention??

they didin't release the firmware for X5 to work on osmo yet, so they have more homework to do till they consider releasing a new osmo i guess, unless they make an osmo compatible with X5 which will make people mad

i mean, if they create a new Osmo2 that support x5, (or integrate it already)

I would wait because of the sale.

I thought there was an adapter that would make the X5 compatible with the osmo grip?

Anyway my thought is if your gonna always wait for the next big thing, your never going to enjoy the now. Sure there's probably going to be an Osmo2,  but at least DJI has been sending out firmware updates to get the Osmo even better. On top of that the price has come down from initial release. Besides, can't be to sure that the Osmo2 will be lights out better than Osmo (after all firmware updates) and if the Osmo2 ends up coming stock with the X5 camera or better, be prepared for a huge price hike.

Just my 2 cents I guess..........
