Yes.  Amazon has not said anything about it.

DJI gave exclusive rights to Apple to sell the P4 until the March 23rd, after that you can order from other retailers.

If you type in Phantom 4 on Amazon it does come up and says currently unavailable.  You can sign up to get an email from them when it becomes available
