My inspire 1 will not up date, I have downloaded the file WM610_FW_V01.07.00.90.bin and put it on the SD card, then today I have loaded it in to the aircraft and nothing happens.


The text on the SD card read : Result: Success.

Result: Abort.
The firmware on the SD card is identical to or older than the current firmware on the aircraft.
Which I think was my last up date

My RC tells me that
the app is 2.71
Aircraft 1.6.00.4
RC 1.5.80
Cam 1.5.80
any idea anyone ?

Try a fresh unused SD Card. Make sure the only file on the card after download is the .Bin File and nothing else and only one .Bin File.

Make sure aircraft is off and transmitter is off.  Then insert SD card and the update will begin, keep in mind this update will only change the FW on the Camera. After upgrade   You may also only see a + sign after the old firmware, give it time and it will change to the proper FW number.

No problem,  I know the + sign is part of the update process,  I am still am waiting for a "Technical Answer" as to why it does this, some Pilots get an immediate FW  version # 1.7.60  and others get the + plus sign after the old FW #.  I know that it is updated, I am just waiting for the 'Why" it happens  , it just adds to the confusion.
