Why not apears 5km, only 3km range in the DGI Go APP, HD Setings(custom mode) if i stay in Brasil (FCC Certification of 5km) ? The maximum range of the lower transfer rate 4mbps is only 3 km in the app...

It appears not, but I am having trouble understanding your question.

Phantom 4 FPV range is a hot topic. Phantom 3 over delivered on range, the 4 under delivers. I tested both back to back today and again I got substantially less on my 4.

Managed 1.8 kilometers in a maintain location today with my phantom 3 advanced. Fifteen minutes later I managed 1.2 with my phantom 4. Altitudes were the same. Two days ago, in a mountain valley, I managed 1.5 with the phantom 4. Fifteen minutes later I managed 2.3 kilometers with the 3 advanced. The 3 advanced always consistently outperforms the 4 in the FPV department. Not to mention the quality of FPV being far less sensitive to the positioning of my controller when the bird is at the limits. While I love the phantom 4, I'm not happy at all about the light bridge downgrade of the phantom 4.
