Hi I just got my first drone ever and decided to go the phantom 4 I noticed dji has the phantom backpack and I was wondering if this would work with the phantom 4 if not is there any other recommendations?

If it says it is compatible with P4.....Yes, it will fit!

it will not work perfectly with the p3 backpack. but P4 itself comes in the hard case with the handle so it's very convenient already

Aside from the foam shipping insert, DJI make their own fine Phantom 4 hardshell backpack. Shipping late April/2016.
