Have you update to the newest firmware or you keept an older version?

Updated no issues and glad to have done so. I stayed in 1.4 for a couple of months til I got the courage to go to 1.6 then 1.7 was easy ha ha

As i have red, 1.4 is the the version that has least problems. No vibration issues after update?

I am on version 1.6 and do experience great vibrations with standart gain settings and minimal vibrations with lowered gains :/

Not always

I had no vibes in  1.4, 1.6 or 1.7. I do wonder about this as I have many years experience with RC helis where vibes are a pita. Lowering the gains was always a work around until the real reason for the vibes is found. Such as stripped threads, bent pinions in motors or drive shafts, hair line cracks, loose parts, unbalanced props/ blades and more... All the fw update did was make the brain of the p3 more sensitive. It's thereby picking up on something not right and causing vibrations, which is why lowering the gains reduces or gets rid of the vibes as you are de-sensitising it again. Well that's how I feel about it based on my experience of vibes. I could be wrong.

1.1.6 still working flawlessly

My Phantom will be arriving from DJI repair tomorrow, I ful!y expect they updated mine from 1.4.10 to 1.7 against my will so hopefully it runs ok with 1.7.  I am overall happy with the repair time of 13 days from shipped till I received.
I will update you all if I'm having problems with 1.7.

Both P3 and P4 on the latest firmware and working great so far.

latest 1.7 here and all good except for the squished view on the screen in the app...  

Not tested fully yet but upgraded yesterday, P3P from 1.6.0040 to 1.7.0060 gave no problems at all. Remote upgraded to 1.5.80 while online at home. IOS App had updated previously on 16th March to 2.7.1. Noted 4:3 aspect ratio on live feed (previously 16:9 widescreen ?)

when I updated my p3p it started drifting then when i downgraded it stopped

1.6 and every things fine.

I generally wait a while before upgrading, just haven't had time to do 1.7.

But did you calibrate the IMU and compass after the update?

Just unboxing my brand new Phantom 3 Pro last week, the firmware was 1.4, and after charged the battery, upgraded directly from 1.4 to 1.7, smooth and finished not more than 15 minutes. Today was the first flight and I am happy that it fly as expected.
